Dr. Naughton started Wyoming Instrumentation Development in 2004 in response to a request for help with skin friction measurements at NASA.  Since that time, WInD has provided consulting services for a broad range of applications. In 2016, WInD took on additional work and hired its first employee.  WInD has continued to grow with recent government contracts.
