Wyoming Instrumentation Development, LLC (WInD) is a small consulting firm located in Laramie, WY. WInD was founded to provide a range of aerodynamic instrumentation consulting services to a wide range of customers. Over the past 15 years, WInD has aided projects requiring wind tunnel instrumentation, particularly those requiring skin friction measurements and unsteady measurement diagnostics.
